Use of Bone implants is the surgical technique by which the affected bone area is internally aligned, fixed as well as stabilized with the help of an orthopedic implant. Over the years, technological advancements have rendered it useful to treat compound and complex fractures.

As a quality-oriented orthopedic implant company in India, we manufacture trauma orthopedic implants using State of the Art modern technology machines viz. Sliding Head Turning Center, CNC Wire Cutting, Multiple Axis VMC, CNC deep Hole Drilling, Mechanized Sharpening & Surface Finishing Machines etc. We also have Class 10,000 cleanroom for packaging of finished products under controlled environmental conditions and Microbiology Laboratory to monitor environmental conditions, test Sterility and bio-burden of finished products.

Orthopedic implants are the medical devices intended to support an injured bone by stabilizing and fixing the broken bone parts together in appropriate alignment so that it unites properly. The most commonly used Orthopedic implants are Bone Screws, Bone Plates, Wires & Pins, Interlocking Nails and Hip Prosthesis etc. Implants are manufactured in Titanium alloy and Stainless-Steel material, which isn’t affected by body fluids.
