Our effort is to ship the order at the earliest from our Stocks. However, in the case of a large order, we inform the customer what items and quantity can be shipped first from our stock and balance is shipped subsequently. The delivery schedule is intimated to the buyers and strictly adhered.

Our Quality Assurance System is certified to comply with ISO 13485:2016. The Free Sale Certificate, if required, can be sent.

Samples are available on request, generally at discounted prices. However, do check Customs regulation in your Country if import of Implants as Sample is permissible. We have faced situations when Samples sent by us could not be cleared through Customs by the consignee.

We accept payment in one of the following alternate modes:

Full Advance Payment: You can send full payment as per our Proforma Invoice by Telegraphic or Wire transfer direct to our Bank account under intimation to us.

Part Advance and Balance on Readiness of goods for dispatch: For larger orders, we request an advance of 30% value of the order. Balance payment is payable on the readiness of goods for shipment or against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.

Letter of Credit: We accept payment by irrevocable Letter of Credit on sight for bulk orders. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit must be to the account of the buyer.

Please select products and size and inform us the identified Catalog Nos. with quantity required and we shall send you a quotation the same day or the next working day. If there is a tender or bulk requirement, we will need more time to prepare a quotation taking into consideration quantity and other terms of the tender. We may seek additional information before submitting our offer.

We have exported to all parts of the world covering SAARC Countries, South East Asia, Australasia, Europe, Gulf, African Countries, Latin American Countries, Eastern Block Countries etc.

We request minimum orders to be of at least US$ 1000. We do understand that you may need to place smaller Sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. Samples against cost are available on request.

Unless specified otherwise in our proforma, US Dollars is the standard currency in which we quote all our prices. For enquiries within India, all prices are quoted in INR.

The normal mode of shipment is – “Air Freight”. However, on request of the customer, we also use Courier etc. You can request prices inclusive of shipping costs. Due to elaborate documentation required by Indian Customs Department for implants, we have shortlisted few preferred couriers, who are experienced in handling our products and clear the consignment expeditiously.

The shipping cost depends upon the size of shipment, destination, and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates can be quoted if you inform us of the exact quantity, destination, and mode of dispatch preferred by you.
